My fav web comics....

Okay, so I'm totally bored, but here goes:

  1. First off, Tom Geeks, a wonderful, ever-changing source for women comic authors and/or artists. I just found another one today on there and I shall list it.
  2. The Phoenix Requiem, by Sarah Ellerton, which updates Mondays & Thursdays. If you're up for another, read her completed web comic, Inverloch. Sara is ALSO working on Dreamless, which is a really beautiful storyline if you ask me (story by Bobby Crosby). Plus, she works & has 1.5 kids and a husband. She's awesome. Do read her stuff.
  3. Earthsong, by Crystal Yates. A wonderful story of the Elements and the sources of legends.
  4. Kimono's Townhouse, by Dava Butler. Actual My Little Ponies, with geek humor. Read and enjoy. PLUS, there's the 'Cooking With Superman' TV show she made up for the comic. It's awesome.
  5. Devil's Panties, by Jennie Breeden. Your inner geek will be happy. Trust me.
  6. Strays, by Samantha Whitten and Stacey Pefferkorn. And no, I'm not a furry. But it's a good comic and well-drawn.
  7. Wooden Rose, by Tami Wicinas, one I discovered today on Tom Geeks. A Victorian setting about love and loss.
  8. Zombie Hunters, by Jenny Romanchuk, updated every Monday and sometimes on Thursdays.
  9. Applegeeks, by Mohammad F. Haque (artist) and Ananth Panagariya (author). If you are truly a nerd, then you will read it, even you sadly, like me, do not own a Mac. :P I like my PC, though.
  10. There's Penny Arcade, by Tycho & Gabe.
  11. Looking For Group, by Sohmer & Lar.
  12. Orneryboy, by Micheal Lalonde. His girlfriend is a vegan, which is awesome and funny.
  13. Girls With Slingshots, by Danielle Corsetto. "Two girls, a bar and a talking cactus." Indeed. And a woman who works at a porn shop.
  14. And last, but certainly not least, 30 Seconds With Bunnies, by Jennifer Shiman. Remakes of your fav movies in 30 seconds, with bunnies. For a proper introduction to this, watch Jaws first. It's independent and VERY home-made (but good stuff), so updates take a while. But they are definitely worth it.
